Well considering it's a New Year and all... I had some inspiration to create a new character...

Appearance: Athed has shoulder length light brown hair with one plait behind her right ear which hangs longer then the rest of her hair. Athed's pale skin makes her look sickly most of the time because of her preference to stay inside.

Clothes: Usually wears casual dresses in pale colours.
Jewelry/etc: Wears a silver necklace with a crucifix hanging from it.

Power: Athed has the ability to see and feel others pain. She is able to kill people through touch when she feels angry and when threatened she can create a weak momentary shield between herself and her enemy.

Background/History: Athed grew up with her adoptive parents but just after her sixteenth birthday she had a realization that she did not feel human and thus decided to go out and discover what it was that she was.
Since leaving her parents Athed discovered her gift, she could actually feel others pain as her own -something she originally passed off as intuition- and used it to help others.
When Athed finally discovered that she also had other gifts she tried to keep them hidden. Still trying to figure out who and what she was.
Struggling to cope with human emotions and others pain she strove to stay away from the human race she did not feel she belonged to and hid away in various buildings searching for answers to questions she could barely understand.
Still unaware of who and what she is, Athed continues to search blindly hoping to find someone who can give her what she needs and more importantly find a way to control her 'gifts'.

Background/History: Krys grew up with her grandparents after her parents were murdered for reasons unknown. Her family was always rich and when her grandparents died she inherited all of their money.
From a young age Krys swore to find her parents killers and the reason they had been murdered. After being trained by various 'masters' and learning some skills of her own on the streets she went to her Grandparents for permission to leave and set out on her journey for revenge but they refused but Krys decided to to her best without their knowledge and discovered they had killed her parents in order to raise her to their preferences. Blinded by rage and betrayal she murdered both of her grandparents and inherited their small fortune.
Since murdering her grandparents she seeks out others who have lied to innocent people and betrayed their trust.

Personality: Anahira was born a demon, her mother was a demon and her father was human.
She can be controlled through an Emerald Amulet usually found hanging around her neck. If she is tricked into giving it to someone, gives it willingly or they forcefully take it from her and wear it they have complete control over her until the amulet is removed.
She is attracted to any kind of power.
Anahira is clinically insane, the reasons behind this are also unknown.

Well, it's been a loooooooong while since I posted any journals and its been longer still since I was on deviant art 'actively' I guess you'd say but now I'm back! and of course better then ever!

I'm getting interested in various things I was never interested in before and it's quite an interesting ride.

I read Oedipus and the Theban plays by Sophocles for school this year and afterwards I ended up getting myself hurt and now I have two scars on my feet that make me look like Oedipus' twin sister!
But that's all well and good because they are quite interesting scars.

I was given two rabbits in the middle of the year and now they are being sold/given away... That's always depressing, especially as one has gone to it's new home and the other (Ruby-Rascal) is now moping in the backyard and craving company which I have been giving it all day since Lillith his best friend and mate was taken this morning with their baby who hadn't been named yet.
But again that's all well and good except for the loneliness that follows and the feeling of uselessness that comes from having no one relying on you anymore for the basic necessities of life.

I've got homework to do over my summer holidays and I'm already halfway through so I am quite proud of myself for that fact alone.
I'm also feeling good about the new year. That whole 'fresh start' thing is actually holding some meaning for me this time round and I plan to make the most of it.

Supernatural is back on TV so that makes for FANTASTIC Monday nights and GREAT Tuesdays talking to my best friend on the phone about the episodes.

I am looking for my copy of TMNT because I want to watch it but it has mysteriously vanished and it's making me even more determined to find it. (If there are any psychics out there who've read this, could you help me find it by chance??)

Other then all of that nothing else is really coming to mind to talk about at this point in time.

To anyone and everyone reading this, just so you know you've probably just wasted about five minutes of your life reading the random prattling of a Pirate...

I haven't written a journal in a while so I thought I should write one - but then I thought what do I write about? Well after about five minutes of contemplation I came up with this:

-Exams
-Annoying People

Firstly Exams... I have exams this week and I am strangely very confident - which usually means I won't do well, so I've spent AGES studying O.O very uncommon for me... but still I now know all I need to about Cooking and Geography (strange things to have exams on really), but I still have tomorrow to study Math and English (oh GOD!) so that will be fun... not.

Secondly annoying people... Don't you just want to shoot them? But then - what classifies as an annoying person? Can it just be someone you don't get along with or do various people have to find them annoyign before they are classified 'annoying'? Now I'm confusing myself... One of my friends recently wrote down a list of goals to acomplish by the end of the year it read:

1. Make heaps of new friends.
2. Pass my exams.
e.t.c - I won't write the rest because only the firs one is important.
Make heaps of new friends... hmm... great goal huh? But what if by making NEW friends she was forgetting about the ones she already had? That thought occured to me the other day and it's pretty scary huh? Think about every time you met a new person and became thier friend and so spent more tiem with them and so on... do we ever look back and think of how many friends we've lost by making new friends? I did and I found out I had lost alot of old friends because you can't exactly set an hour of everyday aside for each and every person you know - it's impossible nor can you spend quality time with all of them while still working/studying and so on. So my question is - Is it possible to keep every friend you've ever made? and if so how do you keep in touch with all of them even if they don't all get along with one another?

History: Eliza was born in 1603 to Elizabeth Bathory an ancient Countess Vampire. Eliza grew up with only her maid for company but her mother usually paid her visits and made Eliza watch most of the horific murders her mother commited. Eliza was frightened by how some vampires acted towards humans and decided she would stay away from them - but she didn't count on her undieing taste for mortal blood.

Biography: I was reading a book on Vampires and I wondered what Elizabeth Bathory's child would be like if she had one.
